Butter

Preparation

1. Toast the bread slices until they become golden brown.

2. Apply butter to the toasted bread slices.

3. Spread the paneer bhurji mixture evenly on one of the bread slices.

4. Place the other bread slice on top of the paneer bhurji mixture to make a sandwich.

5. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
