Creamy Egg Toast - Low Calorie

Breakfast that looks fancy but is sooooo easy to make 😋😋 Recipe- makes 2 toasts Egg mixture - 2 whole eggs boiled 2 egg whites boiled 2 tsp mustard sauce 2 tbsp greek yogurt (replace with dahi) 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1 clove garlic minced 1 tsp chopped pickled jalapeños (optional) 1/2 onion finely chopped 2 slices of bread toasted 2 small lettuce leaves

Ingredients for this Recipe

whole eggs boiled

egg whites boiled

2 nos

mustard sauce

2 tsp

greek yogurt (replace with dahi)

2 tsp

lemon juice

1 tsp

salt & black pepper

1 tsp

red chilli powder

1 pinch

clove garlic minced

1 nos

chopped pickled jalapeños (optional)

onion finely chopped

toasted bread slices

small lettuce leaves

Preparation

1. Finely chop all egg whites.

2. Mix yolks, mustard sauce, lemon juice, greek yogurt & salt and spices till well combined.

3. Then add the jalapeños, garlic, onion & egg whites & mix well.

4. Place lettuce on toasted bread & top with the egg mixture.
