Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, add the wheat flour and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
2. Gradually add water to the mixture and knead into a smooth dough. The dough should be little stiff and hard.
3. Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape them into small balls.
4. Take one ball and dust it with a little dry flour. Roll it into a small circle using a rolling pin.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the rolled bhakri on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
6. Flip the bhakri and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side till crisp.
7. Brush the cooked bhakri with a little oil and serve hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
