Grilled Paneer Tikka

Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil.
2. Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
3. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat a grill pan or an oven to 200°C.
5. Thread the paneer cubes onto a skewer or toothpick.
6. Grill the paneer skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove the paneer skewers from the grill or oven and serve hot with mint chutney.
