Preparation
1. Rinse and boil the kala chana until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the boiled kala chana, onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
3. Add chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
4. Serve the boiled kala chana chaat in a bowl and enjoy.
