Vegetable broth
1 cup
Mixed vegetables

Thyme
3 gm
Oregano
3 gm
Salt to taste

Coriander leaves

Preparation
1. In a small pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
2. Add the chopped mixed vegetables, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the pot.
3. Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
