Preparation
1. In a bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
2. Add grated cucumber, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
4. Serve with your favorite Indian dishes like biryani, pulao, or paratha.
