Ingredients for this Recipe

paneer

100 gm

Cubes of onion & capsicum

1 nos

greek yogurt (or hung curd)

1 tsp

besan

1 tsp

ginger garlic paste

1 tsp

mustard oil

1 tsp

lemon juice

1 tsp

Salt

1 pinch

red chilli powder

1 tsp

garam masala

1 tsp

coriander powder

1 tsp

kashmiri chilli powder

1 tsp

dry kasuri methi

1 tsp

Preparation

1. marinate for 30-45 mins and put into skewers

2. Mix greek yogurt, besan, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil,lemon juice, salt & spices to make marinade.

3. Marinade paneer onion and capsicum in mixture.

4. Put it into skewers and cook on high flame till you get those char marks.

5. serve with chutney, sprinkle lemon juice & chaat masala 🤌🏻🤌🏻
