Raw banana

Preparation
1. Peel the raw banana and cut it into small cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds to the oil and let them splutter.
4. Add the raw banana cubes to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste.
6. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Add a little water to the pan, cover it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes or until the raw banana is cooked through.
8. Once done, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
