Coriander seeds

Preparation
1. In a blender, combine the water, coriander seeds and black pepper powder.
2. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any coarse particles. This will give you a clear liquid.
4. Pour the strained liquid into a glass.
5. Consume this 30 to 45 minutes before breakfast.
