Wheat Hakka Noodles with Paneer

Wheat hakka noodles

Preparation

1. Boil the Wheat hakka noodles as per the instructions on the package. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute.

3. Add the sliced onions and capsicum, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.

4. Add the paneer cubes and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly brown.

5. Add the soy sauce and chili sauce. Mix well.

6. Add the boiled noodles and toss them well with the veggies and paneer.

7. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.

8. Serve hot.
