Preparation
1. Place cinnamon stick and ginger slices in hot water.
2. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
3. Strain it through a help of sieve.
4. Consume it half an hour before bedtime.
5. Please avoid ginger and/or cinnamon incase of any food allergy. Instead use turmeric powder with lemon juice.
