Banana Muffins - Low Cal

pre workout snack sorted 😎👍🏻 these muffins come together so quickly! they’re really easy to make, and probably the best way to use ripe bananas🧁 Recipe- (makes 9) 3 over ripe bananas; mashed 90ml milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 130g oat flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder pinch of salt 20g dark chocolate (optional)

Ingredients for this Recipe

banana

3 nos

milk

90 ml

vanilla extract

1 tsp

oat flour

130 gm

baking soda

1 tsp

baking powder

1 tsp

cinnamon powder

1 tsp

salt

1 pinch

dark chocolate

20 gm

Preparation

1. mix the bananas, milk and vanilla

2. add the flour, baking powder & soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix till well combined

3. mix in the chopped chocolate, this is optional. You can even use chopped nuts.

4. divide batter into 9 muffin cups and bake at 180°C for 18-20 mins.

5. let them cool completely and enjoy!!
