Preparation
1. Cut the idlis into small pieces and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
3. Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
4. Add chopped tomato, green chili, and ginger paste. Cook until tomato softens.
5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add the idli pieces and mix until they are coated with the masala mixture.
7. Cook on low heat until the idlis are heated through and the mixture thickens.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
