Egg Salad Wrap - High Protein

If you’re bored of the same old boiled, scrambled or fried eggs, give this wrap a try! You can use this filling to make wraps, sandwiches, open toasts or eat it as it is. Recipe- For filling- 4 boiled egg whites- chopped 2 boiled egg yolks 10g mustard sauce (i used fun foods) 20g Greek yogurt plain (or dahi) 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp lemon juice Chopped onion, chopped jalapeños, olives & spring onion greens Assembly- 1 tortilla wrap Lettuce

Ingredients for this Recipe

boiled egg whites- chopped

Preparation

1. in a bowl mix together, yolks, mustard sauce, yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper & chilli powder, lemon juice

2. add the egg whites, onions, jalapeños, olives & onion greens to this and mix well

3. place lettuce & filling on tortilla
