Ingredients for this Recipe
Boiled Potato
1 large
Crushed Roasted peanuts
20 g
Ginger Green Chilli Paste
5 g
Coriander Leaves
5 g
Rock Salt
1 tsp
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp
Rajgira Flour
4 tbsp
Ghee
2 tsp
Preparation
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well
2. Make Tikki Shapes (4 tikkis)
3. Grease the pan with the ghee
4. Pan fry the tikkis from both the sides
5. After they turn golden brown, serve and enjoy!
