Chilli Chicken - Low Calorie

Recipe- Chicken marinade- 200g chicken cut into cubes 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp each salt, black pepper & red chilli powder 1/2 tsp olive oil Sauce- 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp schezwan chutney (i use chings) 1/2 tsp honey 1/2 tsp vinegar 1/2-1 tsp corn starch 1 tsp chilli flakes 1/3 cup water Mix to make sauce. 1 tsp olive oil 1-2 clove garlic chopped Vegetables of choice

Preparation

1. Marinate chicken & Air fry at 180°C for 10 mins.

2. Mix ingredients for sauce.

3. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic & vegetables.

4. Add the sauce and cook till it thickens a bit.

5. Mix in the air fried chicken and its ready!
