Ingredients for this Recipe
Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 sliced cucumber
Mint
1/2 tsp
Water
1 cup
Preparation
1. Slice a quarter of a cucumber and add it to a cup of water.
2. Add a few sprigs of mint.
3. Let it infuse overnight – keep it in the refrigerator.
4. Remove it from the refrigerator one hour before consumption.
5. Mix well and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
