Ingredients for this Recipe

tomatoes

2 nos

onion

1/2 nos

Big cloves of garlic

2 nos

Raw pasta

60 gm

olive oil

1/2 tsp

Chili flakes

1 tsp

Italian dried herbs

1 tsp

salt

1 pinch

black pepper

1/2 tsp

chicken breast

200 gm

ginger garlic paste

1/2 gm

Dried Italian herbs

1 pinch

Olive oil

1/2 gm

Preparation

1. Boil the pasta. Reserve 2-3 tbsp pasta water.

2. Boil tomatoes, onion, garlic & purée once cooled.

3. In a pan, heat olive oil & add the purée.

4. Add salt, pepper & herbs. Mix well and cook on low flame for 6-8 mins.

5. Add the veggies, pasta, & some pasta water. Cook on low flame for 5 mins.

6. Add the air fried chicken and mix well. I also topped with some pickled olives & jalapeños.
