Rice Roti

Rice flour

Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and salt. Gradually add water to the bowl and mix well to form a smooth and soft dough.

2. Divide the dough into 3-4 equal parts. Take one part of the dough and roll it into a ball.

3. Place the ball on a flat surface and flatten it into a disc using your palms. Dust the flattened dough with some rice flour and roll it into a thin roti.

4. Heat a tawa or a flat pan over medium heat. Place the rolled roti on the tawa and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.

5. Flip the roti and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes or until it is cooked through and has brown spots.

6. Once done, remove the roti from the tawa and repeat the same process with the remaining dough.

7. Grease the rotis with some oil and serve hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
