Veg Galouti Kabab - High Protein
I feel very proud every time I make soya taste nice 🥴 Recipe- makes 7-8 kebabs Macros 324 cal 25P | 7F | 41C 1 tsp ghee 2 elaichi 1/2 onion chopped 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp ginger 100g boiled chickpeas (can replace with rajma or kala chana) 30g soya granules (soaked in hot water for 20 mins) Spices- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder & garam masala Salt to taste Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp hot water + 4-5 saffron strands 1 tsp kewra/rose water

Ingredients for this Recipe
ghee
1 tsp
elaichi
2 nos
onion chopped
1 nos
garlic cloves
2 nos
ginger
1 tsp
boiled chickpeas (can replace with rajma or kala chana)
100 gm
soya granules (soaked in hot water for 20 mins)
30 gm
red chilli powder & garam masala
1 tsp
Salt to taste
1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
1 nos
hot water
2 tsp
saffron strands
4 nos
kewra/rose water
1 tsp
Preparation
1. Heat ghee, sauté elaichi, ginger, garlic, onion till they’re golden brown.
2. Add the chickpeas & soya granules. Mix well. Slightly mash the chickpeas simultaneously.
3. Add salt & spices, coriander leaves, mix well & cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Turn off the flame & add the saffron water & rose water. Mix well.
5. Grind this to a mixture & shape into kebabs.
6. Pan fry with 1/2 tsp ghee. Enjoyyy
