Guysss sooooper yum and filling Chicken Kathi Roll😭❤️ and almost 60g of protein😳 Wait mat karoo jao aur banao Recipe- For filling - Marinate 200g chicken breast cubes with- 1 tbsp dahi (15g) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Spices- 1/2 tsp each of coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, dry kasuri methi salt to taste juice of 1/2 lemon Other ingredients- 1 tortilla (u can use roti, paratha whatever suits you) 1 egg beaten with salt 1/2 tsp butter (2g) Green chutney Pickled onion Chaat masala

Preparation

1. Marinate chicken breast cubes

2. Cook in a pan with sliced onion & capsicum in 1/2 tsp oil (2g).

3. heat butter in a pan, place the tortilla and cook till its golden on the bottom

4. add the beaten egg and flip the tortilla

5. cook till the egg is done & take it off the flame

6. add green chutney, chicken filling, pickled onion, chaat masala & roll it up ENJOYYYYY🥰
