Rice flour

Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, add rice flour and salt to taste. Mix well.
2. Gradually add water and mix well to make a smooth and thin batter. The consistency of the batter should be like that of dosa batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
4. Add oil and spread it evenly on the pan.
5. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion to make a thin pancake.
6. Cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift up.
7. Flip the ghavan and cook the other side until it turns light golden brown.
8. Remove from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney, pickle or any other side dish of your choice.
