Preparation
1. Take curd in a bowl
2. Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, carrot, tomato and coriander
3. Add crushed roasted peanuts
4. Heat olive oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chilli.
5. Add the tadka into the bowl of veggies and curd.
6. Mix well and it's ready!
