Ingredients for this Recipe

Eggs

2 nos

Butter

1/2 tsp

Olive oil

1/2 tsp

clove & garlic finely chopped

2 nos

soya sauce

1 tsp

Schezwan sauce

5 gm

Vinegar

1 tsp

salt & pepper

1 as per taste

Cooked cold rice

1 bowl

Preparation

1. Heat butter in a pan, add the eggs and scramble them till they’re cooked. Set aside

2. Heat the olive oil & spread with a brush

3. Sauté garlic & vegetables for 2-3 mins

4. Add the rice & scrambled eggs, mix well

5. In the end add soya sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper

6. Mix everything well & its ready!
