Ground black pepper powder

Honey

Preparation

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add turmeric and black pepper.

2. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.

3. Add honey to taste.

4. Consume it half an hour before bedtime.

5. For lactose intolerance - kindly use oats milk or soy milk or any other dairy free milk as per your choice.
