Preparation
1. For air fried paneer- mix together 100g paneer cubes 2g olive oil Salt & pepper Mixed herbs Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 mins
2. For dressing- blend together 50g dahi Coriander leaves - handful 1 clove garlic Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt & pepper
3. Final salad- mix together Lettuce 1 small cucumber, onion, tomato Some jalapeƱos & olives Air fried paneer Dressing ENJOOYYYYYYš„š„š„¹
