Noodles - High Protein

I’m a big noodle fan so I promise you’ll love this recipe 😉 Vegetarian friends can use tofu, soya etc Recipe- makes 2 servings Ingredients- 100g raw noodles (boil them; i used @masterchow.in Hakka noodles) For Chicken- mix together 300g chicken breast; cut into thin strips 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp soya sauce salt & pepper Air fry at 180°C for 10 mins. For sauce- 1/2 tsp olive oil (2g) 2 tsp finely chopped ginger & garlic Veggies of choice 1 tbsp soy sauce (15g) 1/2 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp chilli sauce (5g) 1 tsp brown sugar (5g) 1/2 tsp corn starch (optional) Salt & pepper

Ingredients for this Recipe

raw noodles

ginger & garlic

Veggies of choice

2 nos

soy sauce

1 tsp

vinegar

1 tsp

chilli sauce

1 tsp

brown sugar

1 tsp

corn starch

1 tsp

Salt & pepper

1 pinch

Preparation

1. heat olive oil in a pan & saute the ginger garlic. Add veggies and sauté on high heat for 2-3 mins

2. mix together leftover ingredients under “for sauce” and add to the pan

3. mix and cook for 3-4 mins

4. finally mix together the boiled noodles, chicken & prepared sauce.
