Preparation
1. In a blender, combine the rolled oats and cow's milk.
2. Blend on high speed until the oats are broken down and the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the pitted dates and banana slices to the blender.
4. Blend on high speed until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth.
5. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend on high speed until the ice is completely crushed and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
6. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
