Chicken Shawarma - Low Cal

These shawarmas are too good!! and the yogurt garlic sauce 😭😭😭🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 They’re only 240cal and almost 25g protein!! You can easily have 2-3 of these😈 You can also make these as meal prep on the weekend and enjoy throughout the week Recipe(makes 6 shawarmas)- 🌯 CHICKEN- Marinate 500g chicken breast with- 1/2 tbsp olive oil juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (or ground cardamom) 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt - air fry at 200°C for 12 mins, you can bake or pan fry too. - cut in strips 🌯 SALAD- Mix together- chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce and juice of 1/2 lemon 🌯 YOGURT GARLIC SAUCE- Mix together- 150g greek yogurt (or hung curd) 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp lemon juice salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Marinate chicken breast and air fry at 200°C for 12 mins, you can bake or pan fry too then cut in strips

2. Mix together- chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce and juice of 1/2 lemon

3. YOGURT GARLIC SAUCE- Mix together- greek yogurt (or hung curd), chopped garlic cloves, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste

4. divide and wrap everything in 6 rotis (each made with 25g atta) ENJOYYY!!! 😍😍🌯🌯🌯🥰
