Berry Smoothie with Vegan Protein Powder

Cow's milk

Vegan protein powder
1 scoop
Honey
1 tsp
Ice cubes

Preparation
1. In a blender, add the mixed berries, ripe banana, cow's milk, and vegan protein powder.
2. Add honey, if using, for sweetness.
3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
