Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
3. Add chopped tomato, green chili, and ginger paste. Cook until tomato softens.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add oats and mix until oats are coated with the masala mixture.
6. Add water and milk. Mix well.
7. Cook on low heat until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
