Paneer Fried Rice - Healthy

Super quick paneer fried rice 🍛 it’s very basic but super tasty.. send pictures if you try it out! Ingredients- 1/2 tsp (2g) olive oil 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 chilli chopped 3-4 tbsp chopped vegetables- onion, carrots, bell pepper etc 100g cooked rice 100g paneer cubes (optional-air fry the paneer) Sauce - 1/2 tbsp each - soya sauce & sriracha/chilli sauce Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. heat oil, sauté the garlic and chilli

2. add veggies, saute for 3-4 mins

3. add the paneer, rice, sauce & salt, pepper. Mix well, cook for 1-2 mins and enjoyy🤭
