Soaked moong dal
100 grams
Whole wheat flour
50 grams
Salt
1 Tsp
Cumin seeds
1 Tsp
Chopped green chilli
1 Small
Chopped ginger
10 grams
Red chilli powder
2 Tsp
Turmeric powder
1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
10 Leaves
Ghee
2 Tsp
Preparation
1. Take soaked moong dal in a bowl
2. Add whole wheat flour in the bowl and all the ingredients and make dough
3. Make the shape of parathas and cook them on the pan with ghee
4. Cook from both the sides and they are ready
